How quickly can I get my yarn?

I normally post on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery speed can vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I'm happy to offer worldwide shipping.

This Darling Home is not responsible for lost mail or non-delivery due to unclaimed packages. Please keep an eye out for notification from your postal service or contact them if you suspect your package is being held for customs purposes. Unfortunately, international customs processing can delay packages without warning — patience is sometimes required. 

Postage on returned international packages is not refundable.

Potential additional fees such as taxes or customs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note there are longer than normal shipping times due to COVID. I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

What is your return policy?

If your items arrive damaged, please email me ASAP to report the issue. I’ll sort it out! Otherwise, you may exchange unwound, unused yarn for a refund within 45 days of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded.
